Info: Crane gained telepathic powers during the Earth-2 mission. He later requested them from Aurora after convincing her they can help the community. In short, his powers operate on conditions of good behavior. Should Aurora have reason to believe the power is being abused, she can revoke or restrict his abilities. His use of invasive telepathy will be communicated and agreed upon with players or characters in advance.

Rundown: Telepathy allows Crane to read and influence the minds of humans and sentient beings. He can communicate telepathically and use the connection to enable group communication. He can read and manipulate cognitive processes: namely emotions, memories and dreams. These processes can be publicly demonstrated and privately shared. His control allows him to erase and implant thoughts and suggestions, while he can facilitate mental healing or injury by stabilizing or destabilizing the mind.

Meanwhile, his presence can trigger psychosomatic symptoms. He can affect physical senses (sensory receptors) by manipulating the mind to elicit physiological reactions. This includes physical ailments like tremors, nausea and palpitations.
